Local Vegetarian Cuisine

Delicious vegetarian, or vegan or mainly raw food can be provided.
We make an effort to use mainly organic ingredients.

Unless otherwise required lunches will be the main meal and consist of a savoury dish and a dessert.

LUNCH (MAIN MEAL) SELECTION

Vegetable and barley casserole followed by baked apple with custard

Stuffed red peppers followed by old english trifle

Lentil and coconut curry followed by lemon posset

Mixed bean bake followed by poached pear with pear and ginger sorbet

Risotto milanese (contains parmesan) with peas and watercress followed by mixed berry fool

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni followed by stewed plums and custard

LIGHT SUPPER CHOICES

Carrot and orange soup
Vegetable minestrone soup
Winter vegetable soup
Borscht
Curried parsnip soup
Lentil soup
Or If preferred a light salad made with spinach, feta, grapes, tomatoes, walnuts, cucumber, avocado, with a light salad dressing, instead of the soup.

All above soups or salad are accompanied by either soda bread or soda bread rolls
A fresh fruit salad for dessert.
